- PocketMD will place all vaccinations, innoculations and immigration forms under bookmarked indexes for easy access
- PocketMD will ship all orders for two-day delivery with signature confirmation
Required Compliance Document
Due to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), we require our customers to download a compliance document, and carefully read, print, sign and submit it to us via mail or fax.
