- is our second level plan. The Gold Level plan includes
up to two physicians per PocketMD
CD, allows for two medical
record updates for one physician for the year,
and will include up to one digital image
to be store on the PocketMD
CD. For a nominal minimum fee you can have access to your
records on-line.
*** Platinum
*** - is our premium
level of service. The Platinum Level plan provides up
to three physicians to be included on one PocketMD
CD, allows for four (4)medical
record updates to the PocketMD
CD throughout the year,
free access to your records on-line (this service will
be provided as soon as it is available) and will also
include free digital Radiology images (up to four studies).
Family
Plan - The family plan was designed
after many members expressed a desire to have all of their family's
medical records on one PocketMD
CD. The plan
allows the user to store up to a family of four members
on one PocketMD
CD (Please
keep in mind the PocketMD
CD can hold up to 200 pages
of data). The Family Plan allows up to two (2) physicians
per member with a total of four (4) updates a year.
Single Parent
Plan - We also received
many requests for a Single Parent Plan.
To accommodate these requests, we developed a plan
for single parents with up to 2 children. The plan allows for
two (2) physicians per member with three (3) updates throughout
the year on one (1) PocketMD
CD.
