What should I do if my PocketMD CD does not work? Once you receive your PocketMD CD we want you to examine the disk for accuracy and for any scratches. The disk should be placed in your CD drive. The disk will open automatically on your computer. If for some reason the disk does not open, remove the disk and restart your computer. Once the computer is back up, place the disk again in the drive. If the disk refuses to open please contact our technical department for further assistance.
