What can I do if my PocketMD CD gets damaged?

The PocketMD CD has valuable information and should be treated as such. But, things happen and we will help you through this difficult time. We will store your data electronically at no additional charge for the annual membership. If you loose your CD please contact our customer service department and they will gladly send you a replacement at No Charge (a small shipping and handling fee will be assessed). We would ask you to send the damaged disk back to our office and we will gladly replace it for you.
