How do I get my Medical Records to PocketMD? The Technical Team and our client services department will make sure that your forms have been filled out properly. Once the forms pass our quality control procedures we do all the work for you. We will send the signed, completed and approved forms to your physician(s) who will respond to our request and send your records to our secured system. Once we receive your records, we will notify you by e-mail and then your records will be digitized, checked by our quality control department and then mailed securely to you.
