How long will it take to receive my PocketMD CD? Our company logs every communication with you, your physician and our company. Once we receive your signed forms and they pass our quality control guidelines we will then send the request for your records to your physician(s). The Medical records are your records and by law the medical facility must comply with your written request to release your records to PocketMD, LLC. Based on our current client base we anticipate the entire process to be less than 14 days from the time you order under you received our product. Please understand that this is totally based on your Physician(s) or Medical Facility responding to our requests. Our staff will be calling the Medical Facility within three (3) days from submitting the request to release the documents.
